Luo Yi's skills create Yin/Yang|mark seals on the battlefield. Each seal lasts up to 6 seconds. Luo Yi stores up to 4 scatter charges and gains 1 charge every 8 seconds. She also gains 1 charge each time the Yin-Yang|e Reaction is triggered. The state of this skill changes each time it is cast.

Luo Yi Summons Yang Fire/Yin|e Aqua at a target location, dealing damage to enemies hit and Slowing them by 60% for 0.5 seconds. Yang Fire/Yin Aqua then stays there for 6 seconds, dealing every 0.7 seconds. It can also trigger a Yin-Yang|e reaction with marks of opposite attributes. The state of this skill changes each time it is cast.
Diversion
Active:|e Luo Yi creates a teleportation circle around herself and marks the target location (within 20 units) as the destination. After a 3 second delay, allied heroes (including herself) within the Circle will be teleported to the location. Passive:|e Luo Yi's cooldown reduction is increased from 6% to 10%.
